We wanted to buy the things we use every day from the people who make them. Every maker on Nora runs their own shop: they choose what they make, set their own prices and ship their own orders.
How we choose
Every new maker is used at home before their shop opens. We look for honest materials, careful work and pieces you will still reach for in ten years.
Fewer, better things
Small batches, natural materials and packaging without plastic. When something is made to order, we say so, and we tell you how long it takes.
